i've never done anything formal before, so i took the opportunity to go formal for a party i just went to. the dress i got wasn't my first pick, but long story short, i ran into some problems with my first choice and had this as a backup. wish i got one size smaller to pull it even tighter for my waist, but oh well.makeup was done by someone new because my friend was coming with us to the party and i didn't want to have him to have to my makeup while also getting ready. this is the first time that i've had my eyebrows glued down and after doing it, i think i gotta do it every time now. i loved it. only issue is that i kept having to move my hair out of the way so you could see it.what's also new is the wig. i finally went to a proper wig store to get something legit instead of continuing to get 20 dollar, 2-3 time use wigs from amazon. cost a fuckin arm and a leg, but should last a while with proper care, so i will probably use it a few times. i do want something shorter with more vertical volume in the future though, a fem version of my current hair essentially.if the skull makeup from the previous post was the best i've ever felt, this is basically 1b. i think i took the most amount of pictures with this look ever, i was obsessed with it, although most were AFTER the party which was like... 12 hours after i had the makeup put on, but it held up pretty well for 12 hours. (shoulder pads = post party, no pads = pre-party btw). i got these insane nails too which are fucking horrible for normal life, but for the party were awesome.should be dressing up as moxxi again soon for BL4, but i've done that. then we got halloween, not sure what i'll do for that yet.
